We find where the water is actually getting in, fix it, and send you photos of the repair.
A leak usually isn't where the water stain is. We trace it back properly: cracked tiles, rusted sheets, lifted flashing, blocked valleys or broken ridge capping.
You get photos of the cause and the finished repair, which helps if you're making an insurance claim after a storm.
We also do full restorations: re-bedding and re-pointing ridge caps, pressure cleaning and a membrane coat.
