How much do roofing charge?
From the prices roofing publish on WorkLink. The range is where the middle half of businesses sit, so a few very cheap or very dear prices don't skew it. Each business counts once.
Not enough prices yet
We show a figure once at least 5 roofing have published that price. None have yet. In the meantime, the roofing listed on WorkLink show their own prices.
What changes the price
The size and difficulty of the job
Access, height, how much needs taking apart, and what turns up once they start.
When you need it
After hours, weekends and emergencies usually cost more than a booked weekday.
Travel
A call-out fee covers getting to you. Further out can mean a higher call-out.
Materials and parts
Hourly rates are labour. Parts and materials are usually on top, so ask.
These are guides, not quotes. Ask for a written quote before work starts, and check the licence and insurance of anyone you hire.
